Hot stone massage

60 min · warmth therapy

A relaxing treatment that combines classic massage techniques with the gentle warmth of pre-heated, smooth stones.

The heat helps the muscles let go and creates a deep, comfortable calm during the treatment. The stones are both placed on specific areas of the body and used for the massage strokes themselves.

Right for you if you feel tired and tense and want to combine massage with deep relaxation.

Contraindications

Fever, acute inflammatory and infectious conditions, thrombosis, blood clotting disorders, varicose veins in the treated area, significant circulatory problems, skin damage or inflammation, cancer. During pregnancy the treatment is not suitable for all areas. With chronic conditions a professional assessment is needed beforehand.

Bioenergy massage

60 min · specialist technique

A modern massage technique that combines principles of traditional Chinese medicine with a new way of working with the body. The massage is performed with special gloves that create gentle micro-stimulation, allowing muscles, tissue and energy points to be worked on in the same treatment.

The treatment helps relax tense muscles, eases stiffness and discomfort, and supports circulation and lymph flow. It lifts the feeling of heaviness and fatigue and leaves the body light and relaxed.

Right for you if you carry muscle tension, tiredness or a feeling of heaviness, or feel stiff after physical exertion.

Contraindications

Acute inflammatory and infectious conditions, fever, thrombosis, skin damage or inflammation, cancer and other acute conditions. Not suitable with a pacemaker. During pregnancy and with chronic conditions a consultation is needed beforehand.

A specialist treatment for deep release of the jaw muscles, face, neck and shoulders. It combines professional manual techniques, focused work on the masticatory muscles and gentle mobilisation of the temporomandibular joint. Particular attention goes to the neck and shoulder muscles, where tension often builds up.

The work is calm and individual, easing muscular stiffness, relaxing the jaw and upper body, and restoring a feeling of lightness and comfort.

Right for you if your jaw, neck or shoulders feel tense, you work long hours at a computer, or you notice yourself clenching your teeth under stress.

Contraindications

Acute inflammatory and infectious conditions, fever, acute injury of the jaw joint, skin damage or inflammation. If you are undergoing dental or jaw joint treatment, please check with that professional first.

Massage — good to know

How often should I come for a massage?

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram.

What is the difference between classic and hot stone massage?
